Keeping It Simple” Launch a New Distributor in 30 Minutes

Message From Chris Drobes About This Training:

Greetings, It’s a pleasure to share this information and training. The origin of this training is that from the inception of my business I understood what the money making activities were, was a good student of the business model and followed the tried and proven system. it resulted in a “100 Club” position in the Juice Plus+ business five years to the date of signing my distributor application. One my strongest beliefs in life, and in this business in particular is to “keep things simple.” Anyone on my team will tell you they hear that from me, whether the reference is to myself or something they are doing in their business to complicate things. If I cannot teach a concept in 30 -45 minutes, then I have no business doing it myself. Why? Because it will not be duplicatable, and duplication builds team. Consistent duplication and teaching independence builds HUGE teams.

This is what I do and have always done to set a new team member up for success, so I wrote it down; and chose to share it with my team. Anyone that can read the attached pages will be able to serve others and give their business “lift off” immediately.  This is how I use this distributor launch. I launch my front line, I am on the phone with my front line to do the same with their front line, and we do it one more level when that second person sponsors someone. This removes any trepidation or uncertainty about how to get a new team member started, they learn as they go as they have heard it several times (and are following along), and most importantly – it illustrates upline support and team building.

The exception to the rule is: there are no exceptions. Everyone front line to me and on my team that continues to experience major growth does this. There are those that do not and that’s ok with me if they are ok with their businesses not growing or even retracting.  Our business is one of servant leadership, and we have a responsibility to assist the development front line width, AND to create and support vertical growth as well.  The NSA marketing plan is a very generous one. We are paid five (5) full generations deep. How unfortunate when a team member reaches QNMD and their organization is so shallow there is nothing for NSA to pay them on – there is no 5th generation in that organization. This is what the solution has been for my team and myself! Width and vertical growth determines your income.  If you implement this with your team – first do it yourself and lead by example and as you do your team will indeed be learning as they go! Bottom line – do it and teach it.  Wishing everyone the unlimited potential this business offers.  Respectfully,  Chris Drobes Juice Plus+  National Marketing Director “100 Club” Member
